Trains leave Uxbridge at 10 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and trains leave Stouffvillc at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (Note: The 3:30 p.m. train docs not return to Stouffvillc). The York-Durham Heritage Railway Association is a non-profit, non-profit, volunteer organization that has spent the last 11 years preparing for the opening of the line. The association is run by the efforts of 150 member volunteers volunteers and friends of the railway who work in all aspects from track maintenance maintenance to car restoration to fundraising. Financial support has been received from the Government of Ontario, the Township of Uxbridge, the Town of Whilchurch- Stouffville, local businesses businesses and private donations. Tyrone 4-H News On May 25 we had our 4th meeting. The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. and we repeated the 4-H pledge. The name of our club is Tyrone Time Travellers. Our achievement program is June 22 and we arc going out for Chinese food then visit Oshawa Sydenham Museum for a tour. Members worked on their pot holders and pillow covers. covers. Some of us have completed the potholdcrs and started making making a braided rag hot pad. Melissa made scones which soon disappeared.
