Student Wins Sandford Fleming Scholarship Sara Pollock of Bowmanville High School is one of this year's winners of a full entrance scholarship to Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough. Worth $ 1,840 the scholarship scholarship covers the cost of tuition and ancillary fees. The scholarship is awarded to the lop student at each of the high schools in the school boards in the college's catchment area. Sir Sandford Fleming College's board of governors announced the new scholarship scholarship program this spring.
