Clarington Joins UNICEF Campaign An estimated 1,000 Bowmanvillc area students will be helping less fortunate fortunate children around the world when they knock on your door this Halloween. Courtice Resident Chairs Durham College Board of Governors The Durham College Board of Governors has recently named a Courtice Resident, Sharon Young, as Board Chair. Young, former city editor editor of the Osliawa Times, is currently executive assistant to Mayor Nancy Diamond. Ms. Young, an active member of the community, community, has been involved in the Osliawa Folk Arts Council as a past president, Big Sisters, Denise House, past president of Parkview Place, vice-president of the Gift of Christmas Food Drive, past member of the Kiwatiis Club and is an active member of the Tara Fund.
