The victim advised police she first spoke to the suspect by phone in December of last year, after her friends chatted with the suspect on' the Internet. The suspect is alleged to have used Internet to meet young girls, and on January 8th, 1999, met with the 12- ycar-old victim and her friends at a residence residence in Ajax.
