Durham Liberals Establish Bursary The Durham Federal Liberal Association has established a $1,000 bursary bursary to help local high school students continue their education. Along with the cash reward, the recipient will receive a plaque with their name engraved on it. The recipient's school will receive an original work created by world renown artist Bill Lishman. "Celebrating youth ahd Canada's future is what we are trying to accomplish accomplish with this award", said Claudia Miter, who chaired the committee of local Liberals who brought the idea to fruition.
