A grade six class at the Courtice school has been studying native culture for the last couple of months. The group of seven Land Rovers and 14 owners will be going off the beaten path to get up to James Bay and will carry with them a package package from the school. "This trip brings in every aspect of off- roading," said Girling. "We've got a lot of survival survival gear on us because, if we have to stop, we will have to be able to survive in the vehicles." The is the second second Border to Border trek the group has made. Last year, the group travelled off-road from the Canadian border into Mexico. "This is what our group, Border to Border, is all about," Girling told the students. "The Land Rover was one of the earliest 4x4 vehicles vehicles and it was always primarily an expedition vehicle."
