Sport SHORTS NOV 22,2000 Pair of ties for Bathe & McLellan The Bathe & McLellan minor peewee Triple A Toros tied Quinte and Ajax-Pickering and lost a close one to Oshawa in recent games. At home to Quinte, the Toros fell behind early but rallied in the third on a goal by Stephen Bathe to gain a 3- 3 tie. Mike Schrider was exceptional in net, holding the Toros in the game. Other goal scorers were Andrew Albertini Albertini and David Ross. Assists went to Ross (2), Kyle Perry, Stephen Bathe and Andrew Albertini. The overager, in his third season with the club, is returning home to complete math and biology exams as part of his education requirements.
