The best-of-five series is now a six-point series, as the teams battled to a 2-2 overtime tic in Game I. Orono did manage to win Game 2, edging Douro 2-1 to take a 3-1 points lead in the scries. "Both teams are really even," said coach Dale Millson. The difference between between the tic in the scries opener and Orono's victory in the next outing was the goaltending goaltending of Jeff Slcmon. adds Millson. "He made some super saves in the first period to keep us in it." Mark McCallister and Matt Barnes, with the winner, scored in the 2-1 victory on Sunday. Game 3 of the series was in Orono last night (Tuesday, after Statesman deadline), with Game 4 in Douro Friday night.
