I l I t. Dodgers win twin spin to snap losing skid THE CANADIAN STATESMAN, JULY 17, 2002 PAGE 15 ST. THOMAS - The Oshavva Dodgers snapped a seven-game losing losing skid and started a modest two- game winning streak all in a day's work Sunday. Playing in St. Thomas, the Dodgers got complete-game gems from pitchers Nat Ogborne and Darryl Darryl Jennings to sweep an Intcrcounty Major Baseball League doublehcad- er from the hometown Storm. Ogborne spun a three-hitter as the Dodgers opened with a 5-0 win and Jennings followed with an eight-hitter eight-hitter in a 7-3 triumph. Ogborne walked three and struck out three while Jennings walked three and fanned five over the seven inning games. Graig Andrew led the way offensively offensively in the first game with a double and two RBIs while Al Stephens had a single, double and RBI. Ryan Crotin and Ken Calway did their jobs from the heart of the order in the nightcap, each delivering three runs on two hits, including Crotin's third home run of the season. Pal Tobin chipped in with three hits and one ribbie. "These are the two biggest wins of our young franchise," said manager manager Troy May. "We had the key hits with two outs and we were the team that was able to capitalize on the other team's mistakes."
