PUBLIC NOTICE 8TH ANNUAL WOODEN BOAT FESTIVAL The Port of Newcastle Marina is the place to be on Saturday, July 20, 2002 for the 8th Annual Wooden Boat Festival. The free events run from 10 AM -5 PM with exciting activities for the whole family including a jazz band, boat cruises, jumping castle and games. There will be a variety of on land exhibits and displays as well as in-water wooden boats to admire. From canoes to power cruisers to schooners there will be something to catch every boat lovers eye.
