Still, despite consecutive losses of 2-0 to the Jordan (Ont.) Junebugs and 4-3 to the White Rock (B.C.) Renegades, Renegades, which eliminated the Stingers from medal contention, çoach Rick Beer was proud of the effort of his troops. After all, they entered the 10- team tournament ranked last but finished finished sixth.
