Municipal staff, Urban Strategies Inc., the Municipality's planning planning & urban design consultant and Totten Sims Hubicki, the Municipality's transportation consultant, will be on hand to meet with residents and business owners in an informal setting setting and to answer questions. This study is being undertaken in consultation with the Region of Durham, local municipalities municipalities and appropriate provincial and federal agencies. The Draft EA Terms of Reference (ToR) including supporting documentation documentation are currently available for review on the project website, at the Planning Services Department and Clarington Public Library. DETAILS The Provincial Government released the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan (ORMCP) to establish a new policy framework framework for land use on the Oak Ridges Moraine. The policies of the ORMCP are ecologically driven and have been designed to balance the many pressures being placed on the Moraine while protecting its key environmental and hydrological features. features.
