The Municipality of Clarington By-law 83-57 (as amended) states that no person shall, "obstruct, encumber, injure or foul any highway, bridge, road allowance, street...". The maximum maximum penalty for this offence is $5000. Yard waste can be disposed of through your regular collection dates in the months of October and November.
