Sgt. Paul Malik said Oudit Rai filed another police report report Monday after finding one of his lawn signs had been defaced. A swastika had been drawn on one side and there were racist comments written on it. Mr. Rai found the sign at about 5 p.m. Monday and notified notified police, who now have the sign. Sgt.
