Emergency Auto Dial Testing December 1, 2003 T he Region of Durham's Emergency Measures Office will be conducting its annual test of the Region's Emergency Auto Dialing System. This year's test will be conducted in a segment segment of the Clarington area, on Tuesday December 9, 2003. Approximately 2000 households will be notified of the test through the auto-dial procedure.
