Starting Friday and running until the Holiday Monday, the Baseball Ontario Junior 7V Championship Championship tourney takes place at six locations, including Oshawa's Kinsmen Stadium. Both the Oshawa Lcgionaires and Whitby Chiefs teams will be taking pail in the 20-team double elimination tourney. Oshawa, the two-time defend ing champion, is ranked fourth in the province but faces a stem test in its opening game, against the Waterloo Tigers Friday at 5:30 p.m. at Kinsmen Stadium. At the same time, Whitby opens against the Brantford CKPC Braves at Iro quois Park. The championship game takes place Monday at 3:30 p.m. at Kinsmen Stadium.
