Ontario Provincial Police announced Tuesday they'd made an arrest in the long-running investigation, investigation, launched last January when a rock tossed from an overpass smashed through the windshield of Nadia McLean's Volkswagen as it travelled along Hwy. 401. A bail hearing was to be held Tuesday for the youth, a 14-year-old Oshawa resident resident who can't be identified identified under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The boy has been charged with five counts of mischief mischief endangering human life and one count of aggravated assault.
