"Safe and Sound" is cross-cullurally sensitive and available in both English and French. The guide was produced by Catholic Catholic Family Services and Dennis-Grant Thistle in collaboration with numerous regional and provincial agencies and will supplement early intervention programs programs already available. Funding for this publication was provided provided by the Ministry of the Attorney General Victim Services Secretariat. Community interviews, questionnaires, empirical research, school presentations and focus group evaluations were used to create the final edition of the guide.. WHERE: Taunton Road from Westney Road (Regional Road 31 ) to Salem Road in the Town of Ajax WHEN: Fri., Sept. 8 at 9 p.m. until Mon., Sept. 11 at 6 a.m. WHY: The installation of large storm culverts that cross Taunton Road in the vicinity of Harwood Avenue Drivers are asked to follow posted detour routes for this section of Taunton Road. The Region will make everÿ effort to ensure safety, minimize delays to traffic, and to complete this work as quickly as possible. This closure is part of the Region's ongoing road improvement project to widen Taunton Road to four lanes from Brock Road in the City of Pickering to west of Brock Street in the Town of Whitby.
