A photo of The Great Wampum of Niagara, a Wampum Belt made in 1764. The Wampum consists of blue and white beads depicting the year of its creation (1764) separated by shapes similar to wheels on axles with two human-shaped figures in the center holding hands.

The Great Wampum of Niagara accompanied the Royal Proclamation of 1763 and both are the first Treaty between First Nations and the British Crown.
