Picturesque Bronte: Ideal Place for Summer Outings was a promotional pamphlet created by the Kerr and Nunn company who purchased land within Bronte to build cottages on. The booklet gives insights to the local charms and attractions in Bronte.
One part of the booklet states, "...there are those who don't want to go far from home...Who long for a quiet country place near at hand, where they can be free from dust, noise and smoke, where they can live quietly at little expense and get an absolute rest. To all such we believe their requirements will be met if they would take a trip to Bronte."
