- The photo shows the rear view of the original Iron Bridge Schoolhouse. It shows that there were in fact two parts to the building making it L shaped. There is also a small addition at the back.

Mrs Drury Ridgley inherited this property including the old school building from her father Mr James Anderson.
Mr Anderson had traded some acreage south of Highway 17 for the old school building and it's yard, to Clarence Eaket who developed the acreage into a subdivision and sold the school board the land they needed for the new school.
