- This is a black and white photo of the Burtis Mill office building being moved from one location to another by pulling it across the ice.
The office appears to have broken through the ice and is partly submerged. There are many men standing around the building while another man sits in a sleigh pulled by a horse observing the event. He wears a top hat and was perhaps the owner of the building.
