- Auditorium at 2 p.m. Presiding H.E. Rice, Chairman Hospital Committee, public invited.
Reception 3 p.m. "The platform guests are invited to afternoon tea and sandwiches at the home of Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Rice, 74 Main Street, as guests of the local Hospital Committee"
Opening Ceremonies 4 p.m. at the Hospital. Ran Jupp presiding, Huntsville Hospital Committee.
Civic Banquet at Empire Hotel 6:30 p.m. Presdiding Mayor Israel Ginsburg.
Dance at Auditorium 9 p.m. Maurice Wieler and his Orchestra are giving their services gratuitously. Gilbert Antcliffe will be Master of Ceremonies. Refreshments will be served by a ladies' committee headed by Mrs. H. G. Mulhern and Mrs. Arthur Hutcheson. General Chairman of the Dance Committee, Arthur Hutcheson, assisted by Ran Jupp. Tickets $1.00 per person. Entire proceeds in aid of Hospital Fund.
