- On Fairy Avenue right side foreground home of Mr. C.A. Wattson, a Huntsville druggist. Next home owned by the Francey family. The next, large white house, home of Mr. Faar, who owned a grocery store.
The long building with the black roof at the corner of King William and Hanes Street (next street on the right from Fairy Avenue) is the Huntsville skating rink.
The large brick house on the extreme right, foreground is the Waters house on Hanes Street.
On the left side of Fairy Avenue, from the river, is the home of Mr. Wm. Rumsey, a land conveyor. The second house was the home of Andrew Kellock Sr., a florist. Greenhouses can be seen behind the house, which was built about 1900, by Dr. N..J. Shearer, a dentist and teacher. The third house, also brick, was the home of Mr. E. Bazatt, a land surveyor. The large stone house, at the top of the hill, on the left was the Presbyterian manse, built in 1885. The boat houses along the river belonged to the Kellocks, Rumseys, Shearers, Wattsons and Waters. - Date of Original
