- Maud Elizabeth Woodruff was born in 1876 to Richard H. Woodruff and Georgina Rogers.
In 1901 she married Frank Howard Lowrey (1866 - 1942) and they had 4 children:
Vera Marie Lowrey 1901-1922
Arthur Vivian Lowrey 1910-1986
Stanley Richard Lowrey 1907-1969
Katharine Pauline Lowrey 1915-1990
She passed away on July 14, 1916 and was buried in the cemetery of St. Davids-Queenston United Church.
