The Bicentennial Celebration of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Public Library, the year of anniversary events that began with the library's Gala Dinner in January, 2000. Founders Day ceremony took place at the Court House on June 8, 2000 and was attended by Lieutenant Governor of Ontario Hilary Weston.
