A young man. ; light complexioned and wearing a . black suit, evidently a stranger in Owen Sound, was lOoking for a bed on Wednesday night and picked on a boarding house on Scrape st. north as a nice place tosleep. He did not ‘. go through the formality of asking: permission, but got a plank and stood it up against the side of the house. Climbing up the plank he opened a window which made an entrance to the bedroom of a young lady visitor. Here he made himself as comfortable as possible by stretch- ing his weary limbs on the floor be- side the bed and straightway went to sleep. About 4.30 a. m. the young lady awoke and seeing a man in the room immediately screamed out thus awaking the intruder and the rest of the household, but the man was up and out of the windew before any- thing could be done to stOp him, and that is the whole story.â€"0.
