Each of the said debenturesl shall be signed by the Mayor of“ the said Town of Durham, and by: the Treasurer thereof and the"l Clerk of the said Town of Durham; shall attach thereto the Corporate'l Seal of the said Municipality. 3. The said debenture shall bear interest at the rate of five and one-half per centum per annum payable yearly at the' sail Bank on' the First day of February in each and every year during the currency thereof, and 511131 have attached to them cou- pons for payment of the said in- tercst, which con )ons shall be signed by the ayor and Treas- urer of the said Town of Durham. 4.
