The adjourned sittings 0f the gen- eral sessions of the Peace and the County Court of the County of Grey were held at Owen Sound before Judge Sutherland, the presiding Judge. on Tuesday and Wednesday, the 21st and 22nd of Decemebr. The sitting had been adjourned from the usualhlate. the Nth of December. as Judge Sutherland had to take. the sittings on the 14th of December at Walkerton for the County of Bruce. There was no criminal bus- iness on the docket. There was one civil jury case, which by con- sent. was tried by the judge. with- out a jury. and one other non-jury case.
