With representatives present from all over this section of Western Ontario, it is estimated that there were over 1,000 present to attend the ceremony, and in the vicinity of the church and on the adjacent streets over 150 cars by actual count, were parked. This does not take into consideration those placed in other parts of the town or parked in private grounds .when visitors were the guests of EDurham friends for the day.
