This Friday night Priceville is giving one in the same place, Russell’s Hall, Dromore, and a lot from here are planning to attend. We saw it given at Swinton in the winter and everybody did their parts splendidly. We hope to see it again on Friday night. . Miss Kate McMillan of Ceylon vis- ited recently at her uncle’s, Mr. Neil McMillan. Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Heard and daughter and Mrs. Harrison, motored over from Detroit on Saturday. They have a ï¬ne new car. Wesley returned Sunday morning but the rest will re- main for a longer visit. Swamp College (Our Own Correspondent) The weather is very flackward and very little seeding is done yet. Every- body is getting anxious about their crOps. Miss Jessie Nichol visited Sunday with Miss Olive McMeekin. Mrs. John Pollock spent an after- noon visiting her friend, Mrs. D. G. MacLean. { Miss Beth Hincks was the guest of friend Miss Mabel Nichol on Sunday. Mr. Murray MacMillan has gone to Markdale where he has accepted a po- sition in the bank there. Mrs. John Nichol presided over the Willing Helper’s meeting. It was op- ened by a hymn followed. by prayer by the President, Mrs. John Nichol, after which the minutes were read and adopted. All repeated the creed in unison. A letter of thanks for flowers and treats sent to Mrs. Dave Nichol was read from the secretary from Miss: Mabel Nichol. Considerable other bus- iness was transacted. The roll call will be answered next month with the word “serve†from the Bible. ' The meeting closed with “O God Our Help in Ages Past†followed by prayer after which a dainty lunch was served and a social hour spent. Mrs. W. J. McMillan read the report of the Presbyterial of Orangeville at Dundalk last week. Mrs. Alex. Carson and Mrs. A. L. Hincks also gave inter- esting readings. The meeting closed with a hymn and repeating the Lord’s prayer in unison. a The W. M. S. and Willing Helpers held their monthly meeting in the hall Friday afternoon when a good attend- ance of members and visitors was present. Miss May Stewart presided over the W. M.
