Mrs McDougall spent most of her remaining years in Priceville area except for the last few years in the Ottowell Nursing home at Feversham. She is survived by one sister, Mrs Donald McKin- non, and several nieces and and noon with Mr and Mrs Jan Lam- berts and family In Durham. Mrs Laughlin McDougall passed away Wednesday, April 30. in Centre Grey Hospital, Markdale. where she had been a patient for several weeks. She was in her 93rd year. Mrs McDougall was the former Caroline Anderson, daughter of the late Alexander and Mary Ann Anderson and was born in Ewardsburg Township in 1877. She moved with her parents to Proton Township in 1884 and lived in Proton and Osprey Town- ships until her marriage to Laughlin McDougaJl in 1910. The couple left for the west after their marriage and farmed at South Quepell, Saskatchewan, for 32 years. They had no children. In 1942 they returned to the Price- ville area and Mr McDougall predeceased her the same year. Pricevme Happenings The district annual tobeheldin Mulock was discussed and plans made to attend. The family of Mrs MinnieSmith honored their mother on her 70th birthday with a family gathering Aâ€"J She leaves to mourn her pas- sing, her husband, Dr Stewart Ritchie, two sons, Donald and Warren of Port Arthur and Ot- tawa. Six grandchildren also sur- vive. She was predeceased by two brothers, John and Everett, and two sisters, Mrs Fodie Clements and Mrs Gordon (Ada) McDougall of Port Arthur. She later moved with the family to Port Arthur. A former resident of Durham, Mrs Stewart Ritchie of Port A:- thur, died suddenly at her home the last of March.
