(Our own correspondent.) The trout fishers are commencing on the establishment of 1923 records. Last week we reported Major Mc- Gillivray as having landed a couple of nice ones. and this week two of our citizens caught a couple of beauties. Both catches were made on Tuesday of this Week. Mr. Wil- liam Watson. who is visiting his uncle, George A. Watson, caught one 16 inches long and weighing a pound and thirteen ounces. Postmaster Mctjonkey on Tuesday evening cap- tured another measuring 16 inches in length and weighing a pound and .seven and a half ounces. So fares me have learned, these are the big- gest _llsh landed here this season. Next! . Mrs. '1‘. A. M. Watson, our miller. and the County road authorities over the manner in which the entrance to the mill property was left when the road was put through here last summer.
