The annual picnics of the Sunday Schools in connection with the English Churches in this town were held on Thursday last (Aug. 13) – at the All Saints’ Sunday School, at the drill shed, and St. John’s at Corbett’s Point. Both were well attended – nearly 150 children being present at each – and enjoyment and pleasure was the order of the day.
